CITY OF TAGUIG

Delivered Date:  2019 and 2020

Delivered Systems: eTOIMS, eBPLTAS, eRPTAS, GIS System, Online Payment

Requirement: The City of Taguig needs to update their current LGU systems. They require more features to integrate their systems to all other systems of the city. Moreover, they needed a solution that is accessible online to give them flexibility to work remotely and be able to establish remote offices outside the city hall to provide convenient and faster transactions to their tax payers. Also, they wanted to have an online payment solution for their tax payers to have convenient way of paying.

Challenge: The biggest challenge for the City of Taguig project is the difficulty to migrate their existing database and be able to integrate and link each data accordingly.

Solution: ICNS, Inc. proposed two (2) projects delivered in two (2) phases. These are the Web Based Total Information Management System Phase 1 (Core Systems) and Phase 2 (Online Payment).

ICNS, Inc. delivered eTOIMS, eBPLTAS, eRPTAS and GIS System in its first phase of the project to allow the city have our core systems to solidify their tax collection and management process.  ICNS, Inc also deployed multiple system integrators (manpower) on-site to assist on the seamless system deployment and be able to migrate the data from the previous system accurately and seamlessly.

Result: Despite of the pandemic situation in the Philippines, the City of Taguig acquired increase of revenue from the previous years. The City of Taguig was also able to successfully establish their remote office in Vista Mall. Now, the City of Taguig, their satellite office in SM Aura and Vista Mall is now all integrated and using a single system delivered by ICNS Inc.

Also, the City of Taguig was able to successfully launch its online payment system delivered by ICNS, Inc. that is integrated to their existing TRACE system.

CITY OF CALAMBA

Delivered Date:  2018

Delivered Systems: eTOIMS, eBPLTAS, eRPTAS and GIS System

Requirement: The City of Calamba needs to update their existing system. They already had a system in placed for RPT and Business, however they need to update it, get new more features and be able to prepare the system to be online ready. For the Assessors’ Office, they also wanted to have a better GIS system to be able to maximise the departments capability.

Challenge: The challenge in the City of Calamba is their existing data. Their existing data where locked up with a provider.

Solution: ICNS, Inc. the Web Based Total Information Management System Core Systems) and data migration services.

ICNS, Inc. delivered eTOIMS, eBPLTAS, eRPTAS and GIS System to the City of Calamba. Dedicated support team was also deployed in the city providing immediate and real time assistance to the users making the deployment seamless and easy.

Result: With the full cooperation of the Treasury, BPLO and Assessors’ Team, ICNS, Inc successfully deployed the core system. It was speedy delivered making it in time for the pay period of 2019.

CITY OF MANILA

Delivered Date:  2016

Delivered Systems: FULL AUTOMATION SYSTEM: eTOIMS, eBPLTAS, eRPTAS, GIS System, eBudget Management System, e-LGU Accounting System, e-Hospital System, e-Building and Planning Management System, e-HR System

Requirement: The City of Manila during that time needs to have an effective system to increase their tax collection. With a little less systems in placed, they are having difficulties to manage and monitor tax collections.

Challenge: The biggest challenge during that time is the limited database and non-existence of some systems. Moreover, the requirement is to provide immediate result as it was 4th quarter of 2016 that time and pay period is coming. This means, systems must be in placed within in less than 2 months.

Solution: ICNS, Inc. delivered its FULL AUTOMATION SYSTEM to the city of Manila delivered in Phases.

ICNS, Inc. delivered eTOIMS, eBPLTAS, eRPTAS  to the City of Manila in just a month. Tens of dedicated support team was also deployed in the city providing immediate and real time assistance to the users making the deployment seamless and easy.

And within a year, all the systems were deployed across the City of Manila.

Result: With the help of ICNS, Inc. systems and the cooperative departments of the city, the revenue of Manila had substantially increased in the following years. The system provides effective management tool to the diligent and hard working employees of the City of Manila.
